Hotel Beaumont activities director Nancy Resendez, left, removes a hat from hotel resident Tobe Crokett, 93, as he heads to the dining room of the Nutrition and Services for Seniors building Wednesday. Crokett was joining his fellow chorus members from The Hotel Beaumont Star Spangled Seniors, as they performed for the first time. The group sings patriotic songs and performs for free and hopes the program will catch on with other seniors who want to spread their patriotism.
