TROPICAL STORM IVAN

Karl Patin, 47, of Port Arthur, Tx,gets tubed as he surfs waves spawned by Tropical Storm Ivan Thursday afternoon at Harris Fishing Pier near High Island,Tx. Several surfers spen the day taking advantage of Ivan's return to the Gulf Coast. One surfer who has been surfing here for 14 years said he had never before seen a storm return a week later for another surf session.
